International mail shipping rates are based on the total price of your order. International shipping rates nearly doubled in January 2013. Orders to Canada have been taking 15 to 25 business days to arrive because of customs. 

Sunglass Rage is not responsible for lost orders outside of the USA as we cannot track the order, International customers must assume that risk.

Please be very precise with your International mailing address so we can take every precaution to make sure that your order gets to you.

PLEASE NOTE free shipping for qualified orders is for shipping within the USA only. 

We ship daily Monday through Saturday at 10AM Mountain Standard Time. Your order is usually shipped the same day or next day unless we email you otherwise. 

Our shipping price below is the cost of shipping, packaging and handling:

First Class Mail is $2.50 and normally takes 3-7 business days.
Priority Mail is $6.95 and normally takes 3-4 business days. 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We will replace or give you a refund within 30 days from the receipt of your purchase if the product is in its original condition. The customer is responsible for paying return postage by regular first class mail. 

If the product is defective within 30 days of purchase, please return the product for a full refund or replacement. If your product has not been opened, you can return it at anytime for a refund or exchange.
